While many of our team members have years of clinical veterinary experience, we believe strongly that patient care protocols and medical decisions should be left to the professionals. For this reason, each of the veterinarians and clinical teams across the Blue River family are encouraged to care for their patients as they see fit, retaining full medical autonomy following a sale.

Clinical Development Programs

At Blue River PetCare, we believe strongly in fostering the development of our veterinarians and clinical team members by offering a wide variety of RACE-approved clinical and professional skill development programs throughout the year. Our Clinical Development team is comprised of experienced veterinarians and technicians who are dedicated to ensuring clinical team members within the BRP family have the courses and tools they need to continue to further their education and expand their careers.

In addition to frequent continuing education events, our Clinical Development team offers in-depth professional development programs for Practice Managers, Medical Directors, Veterinarians, and Veterinary Technicians across the Blue River PetCare family.
